Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. UK VAT is added at the standard rate on your invoice where it applies.
What is the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes all seven compliance modules and the white-labelled client portal. Plans differ by capacity: the number of staff seats and client entities, document storage, monthly AI document extraction pages, and the level of support.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Paying annually costs ten times the monthly price, so you get two months free, a saving of about 17 percent. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any renewal.
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Seat and client limits are enforced when you add new ones, so you are never billed a surprise overage. AI document extraction is capped per month for cost control; if you regularly need more, moving up a plan is usually the better value, and we will tell you before you hit the ceiling.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a plan as your practice changes. Your data, clients and history stay exactly where they are.
